General FAQDo I need to register to use AsiaEventVenues.com?No. As a user you are free to browse all Venues & Services listed on the site without the need to register. However if you wish to Create a Profile, Place a Classified Ad, Submit an Article, Press Release or Tutorial, Contact Venues and Services or Shortlist Potential Venues or Services then you will need to create an account. Account Registration is free. How do I register as a User and/or Add Listings on AsiaEventVenues.com?Register an account on Asia Event Venues. Advertisers FAQI want to add my Venue / Service to AsiaEventVenues.com - how do I do that?If you want to add your Venue or Service to our site, the first step is to register an account. Having done this you can immediately proceed to create your listing. All new listings are moderated to ensure that the standard of the site is maintained so please be prepared for a reasonable delay before your Venue or Service is published. You will be notified by email when your profile is live. We are already featured on countless travel sites for free! Why should we pay an annual subscription?We charge an annual flat-rate fee which equates, in some cases, to less than the cost of a single room-night. Our focus is entirely on MICE & Events; driving qualified eyeballs to your webpage within AsiaEventVenues.com. Any leads received via this site during your subscription period are entirely free of charge and commission. Better still, you have direct contact with and ultimate ownership of the client at all times, not to mention full control of your brand and message therein.
What if our Venue / Service has already been created by AsiaEventVenues.com?No problem. We have done this because you clearly provide a quality service. To restore ownership of your Venue / Service Profile simply Create an Account and the profile that you require and submit it for publication. As part of the review process we will delete the original profile that we created and replace it with your own complete with full access so you can continue to edit your profile and manage your account as you wish. Since AsiaEventVenues.com has already created our profile can you just continue to manage it for us?We generally do not encourage this as, with the best will in the world, we cannot profile your venue or service as effectively as you could. Please note that for all in-house managed profiles, venues or services, we do charge an upfront Cost per Lead of US$25 before we release any Enquiry or Request for Proposal to you. Ultimately it is more effective in terms of cost and accuracy of information for you to manage your own profile and receive Enquiries & Requests for Proposals directly and free of a Cost per Lead and any further charge. A flat-rate fee is far easier to manage and budget for, we hope you agree. Are there any hidden costs that we should know about before we subscribe?No. That is the beauty of it. AsiaEventVenues.com is managed by seasoned event planners and travel managers and was created to circumvent Agency Commissions. We provide direct contact between you, the Venue or Service, and the client for a flat rate subscription fee. One single converted lead will almost certainly cover your AsiaEventVenues subscription several times over. However, if we have created a profile of your venue or service and are managing it on your behalf we do charge a Cost per Lead (US$25) for each enquiry received resulting from our profile of your venue or service. Of course you are not under obligation to pay for the lead but ignored enquiries are a poor reflection on professional standards. Ultimately it is better for you to create and manage your own profiles and leads on AsiaEventVenues.com. Can we upgrade our subscriptions mid-term through an existing subscriptions package?Yes. Please Contact Us should you wish to do this. Can we cancel our subscriptions package before it expires?You can delete both your listing and Account on AsiaEventVenues.com at any time you choose but, as per our Terms and Conditions we cannot provide you with a refund for any remaining subscription period. We manage several event venues. Can we feature all of them?Yes. As per the Terms and Conditions of the site each profile can consist of a single property that houses multiple event and meeting venues. Each property must occupy its own, unique profile though.
Add your Profile, Classified Ad, Articles & Press Releases Visitors / Event Planners FAQDo you provide a Venue Finding Service?If for any reason you are having difficulty finding a venue for your event in Asia please Contact Us to discuss your venue and event requirements and we would be happy to assist you with any or all of your event planning needs. Do I have to pay to find Venues & Services on AEV?AsiaEventVenues.com is an entirely free Asia Venue and Event Service resource. There are no charges imposed on visitors to the site at all. You are free to register an account and contact Venues and Services featured on the site provided that at no time do you contravene the sites Terms & Conditions by using the email forms and contact details to distribute unsolicited email (See Terms & Conditions).
